It's mid June, but the new season is just around the corner, and South West rugby have been busy putting together the fixture list for the 2022/2023 season together.  This season sees the leagues restructured following feedback from players, coaches and counties alike.  Devizes 1st XV will be playing at Level 6 once again after their Tribute Southern Countiea South triumph in April and therefore will be playing some new and familiar faces.

First up on the opening day of the season on September is a trip to Tottonians, a side Devizes may have never played before, or certainly not recently.  The Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire trio of Buckingham, Witney and Grove then follow in what will be a stern test of the Saddlebacks credentials in the first month of the campaign.  To look forward to are the local derbies against Marlborough, at the Chivers Ground on November 26th and then the visit of Salisbury on January 28th.

The 2nd XV are now playing up at Level 8 in Counties 2 Tribute Dorset & Wilts North and will face some familiar 1st team names such as Calne, Sutton Benger, Minety and Pewsey Vale.
